TRINKETS OF TIME

We think nouns surround us as our enemies.   Persons, Places,Phantasmal Things!  And indeed there's an adversary panting to seize!  But it isn't that trinity  from which darkness springs!  The dimension which binds us.  Oft hidden; now revealed,  Is the triune of time:  Banished past.,          Languishing present                   Future concealed.  When twinkling eyes nestled you  on the umbilical of time's continuum  Little did you know that  Births kicking and screaming  would echo anew just before life went numb.  Time raises fears, lowers mountains,  and in death she brings equality to all men.  The very same hour which bolts  a tsunami of joy at the speed of light  Can writhe at sloth's speed  the pain of one veiled in tears. She shrouds the guilty and innocent alike.        Time: a harbinger of eternity.       Time: the echo of God's heartbeat.       Time:   HOW I LOATHE THEE!  Luring me to a past, where labyrinths of memories never end.  Chaining me to a present, where dreams dangle unattainably,  While yearning for a future,   that lies eons away.  Oh, to be timeless! To be free from it's burden.   Least you think I linger too long  at  the wailing wall of time.  Let me purport a panacea, while returning to rhyme.  A sublime paradigm; which unlocks a paradox  The mystery begins with sincere benediction.  Costs the same as He paid:  your own crucifixion.  Yet while you lay down your life,  and take up His cross,  He'll carry your burdens, assuage your will's loss.  Wondrously in death, you're REBORN in Him!  Triumphant freedom unshackles the irons of sin.  Time releases it's grasp on humanity  With synergy birthed in immortality!  With one leap of faith your future is sealed!  And what is your part? Simply to yield.  So don't he lazy! Exercise faith!  Escape the Lord's wrath!  So the road's cramped and narrow. HALLELUJAH! YOU'RE ON THE RIGHT PATH!
