Darkness and Light

I'm 21 today.  All who worship me come forth into the light! I stand in a dark alley cold brick walls coercing my path wet sewage flowing thru the streets like so many beggars slithering into the night I am alone in this alley I'm not really there breath comes out like smoke like milk in black chocolate streaming away in clouds of clandestine liquid drugs This is what I see at 21. This is what I saw at 20. There is a beauty in darkness the purity of black splashed with dripping strokes of red succumbing to invisibility -- the middle of a city with no sound save my own. There is a beauty here. The world at our feet we play God and bring light destroy ineffable purity give way to True Sight! This is what you will see! Prime colors are what's real! Forget your ambitions and fantasy and dreams and exist in our mundane sunrises! Write of this beauty young poet; write of this peace. Write of God and write of Love and write to change the world! Why do you cower in the dark shadows? Why won't you come out into the light? We don't hate you -- we love you! let us show you what's right! I am 21 now; I can get drunk. The first time I got drunk I was 17; I puked my guts up. Streetlights are installed everywhere now to spread the glorious light cameras too -- facial recognition!! fecal masturbation. Like cockroaches we scurry seeking the darkness scorning insidious light running from the night mythology and Barney will set everything right -- And in the end when all is done a sphere around the sun no dark no shadows no evil beings just mindless robots staring in supreme boredom. No crime no death no wicked sex; just love and peace and calm -- the ultimate wasted life.
