Revengence

I've seen your fire And felt your rain, But I never heard what you didn't say. You burned me bad I wept for it, But I am no better a man. While the cheek of the world I have kissed, And wiped the sweat off her brow, Since I've known you This place offers me no more comfort. A mystery to me now, You've taken away a tactile sense Of what a mother can be. You've kidnapped me from her, And left me to learn The life of an orphan boy. Now to bed be stricken For weak and old you've grown. I've learned life's lessons from madmen, So to expect this day you must have known. My swollen heart has broken With blood that rage was born into My mind is full of what you have spoken And decided on what I must do. No words, you've taught me to be dense, Now --- comes --- revengence!
