Little One Hurt So..

This little girl was only seven and she lived with her father Kevin. He hit and beat and hurt her so, What could she do, she didn't know? The poor little girl was so in fright, That she would cry herself to sleep each night. She prayed "Oh lord take me away". "He hit me again. I don't want to stay" "My eyes are all black and I can hardly breath" "He hit me so hard that I can't see" "He is drunk again, and at me, he is mad" "I don't know why he is, he just said I was bad." "I want my mommy to hold me real tight" "So I don't have to cry myself to sleep every night" "My mom went to heaven because of my dad" "I figured She to must have been bad" The little girl fell asleep in her bed. she never woke up, the little girl was dead. The mother and daughter from him they were spared and the father died from electrocution in the chair. Melissa  Budahn Copyright ©2000 Melissa Budahn
