The feeling of Love

As you sit on my lap I can't help but feel the child within myself longing to switch places. Sometimes I do but only in my own oasis. You bring to me a feeling of love that consumes my every being. My pride for you beams uncontrollably  every time I see you leaving. You come back older and stronger now with a message just for me. I found someone special Mom, will you join me in my glee? These are only predictions of my future to behold So cherish the moments I have with you now before I grow too old.
