For They That Have Led The Way

  Of all tender things that have ever entered my mind, There are two little memories that I shall always find...   And even though, right now, it hurts to let you both go,   And even though it breaks my heart into pieces,   You are both so real, and my love I so longed to show,for two little memories, my angels, my nieces.   Heaven lent us two angels, sent straight down to earth to tell a silent story...   To show us just what our lives are worth, then lead us to God's Glory.   Although you had to go, I thank you for having helped show the way,   And although you couldn't stay here very long, I know I'll have forever to spend with you someday..      And that's when I'll ask all my questions,   And that's when I'll get to play with their hair,   And that's when not only will they explain, but I'll understand the meaning  to this hard lesson,   Yet, that's the Place where we'll have no cares !   For now, though, I'll just wait   But one day, I know how it's going to be...   Aside from several loved ones, there are two precious angels standing behind the Gates, Ready to open them and welcome me !    So, I thank God for the small time when you were here !    I thank God for what I can only imagine is the happiness you both have in that new Place..    And for now,I'll just hold all these things so dear, and look forward to seeing  the two angels we call,      Melanie and Grace
