Coloring with Crayons. . .

With broken, worn oout crayons you have colored my picture,  giving me an unraveled look, wild eyes and no smile. You didn't mean to be unkind; you just saw me from a different view. I do not have ragged hair of grey, purple eyes lips scratched over with black and purple. Yet, having only drab colors left in your box your pictures can't help but turn out sad and forlorn. I have neat, silvery hair,  a happy, rosy smile, flesh colored skin   and beautiful blue eyes with long, dark lashes. You must choose appropriate colors  for each area of the picture. Take a closer look at who I am and with this fresh, new box of crayons that I give you as a gift; with all the hues   and tones that exist, start over. Then, if you so desire, you can color the whole world, knowing these pictures  will be true to life. ©  as Briken Crayons  4-27-2000      by Donna Friedrichs    ©  revised to Coloring with Crayons  4-28-2000      by Donna Friedrichs
