Encountering Our Spirits

Our genuine spirit exists in the present second. Undeniable marvels of life are to perceive harmony. Calmness within a storm, tranquility during turmoil, maintaining our courage while remaining composed in the time of crisis. Panic, bitterness, anger, and hate exhaust our passion, rob our strength for surviving, and clench us in subjugation to another. If we are to be complete, unimpeded, and sincere, our responsibility is to regenerate our nature. Reclaiming the energy we have given away, to revive our intention and emotions to this very minute, is how we live within creation. In that we exist and commit, and at intervals; grieve.
