The Art of Illusion

Adventurous as I may be, it is  challenging to map a course to  a new location. To go to the  land of Illusion, and come up   with new conclusions. Having it  down cold, and not calling it off.  To be in total possession. To reach  for the hidden treasure, the turning  of a phrase. To play with the words,  and not be played, not to get hung up  on appraisal. The mission is in the  preposition, and the emission of  thoughts. Charged and ready to rumble,  the fight begins. The words, the phrases,  the sentences, and the pages. The twists  and turns and the detours earned.  To be witnessed, and transplanted in  the heart. The role is played with pen  in hand, and the words live on as they  sing their own song.
