Drizzle of Mementoes

The oblique trail down the creek Led me to this hut of the mopes, My instantaneous tryst with my benday umbra. I was coerced to string along with the clump of wilted fronds Flopping into parched creek, Tossed by the squall from pole to pole--deserted by daylight. Of yore I'd pined the creek's murmur... Beads of jeweled sweat Trickled down from the temple, Belly sopping wet  Drenched in the dregs of reminiscence, While the waggle of foliage Commanded by the fresh gale Conjoined colloidal memories  That doused to oblivion. And I scare you up, belle... Eyes drizzling on the q.t.
