Questionable Collateral

I was driving past a pawnshop in an older part of town. The teaser on the corner caught my eye. I turned around. With bikes and mowers curb to curb, not to mention chairs and tables, stood a little, yellow, rocking horse nowhere near his stables. This children's equine pleasure key seems poor promise for a loan. Some adult's action worries me. I pray it was outgrown.
