IN DEATH'S THROE FROM CREATION'S EMBRYO From times long ago He planned to bestow A gift of love in me. How could I know that today, My heart would give way To the Man from Galilee? There I was in death's throe From creation's embryo; Unaware of the sin surrounding me. Through fear I feigned bravissimo, Then God showed up incognito, Dressed as the Man from Galilee. It's for sure you'll forgo Iniquity here below For prophesy of God's Jubilee. And at the end of His rainbow; A love you can't outgrow, Joined to the Man of Galilee. chorus: Oh, The Man from Galilee Became a savior to me. His sacrifice showed what true love is. And now my heart pants for words to say How I'm filled with thanks in all ways, So thankful that He's mine and I'm His. Yes, his sacrifice shows what true love is. |
