Whisperings

Movement all around me, do I truly  sense? Someone’s breath so close  with soft tones of antiquity stirring me from sleep.  Knowing they are near, appalling thoughts transpire. Why can’t I scream while this obscurity gains  fresh power? Thoughts fill my mind secretive, yet alive. Lingering by my being telling me again they wish for me to die. Pushing them away once more, desiring they withdraw. Anguish tries to steal my mind bargaining for my spirit engaging with my soul. Send them to roam the earth nor to visit me again. Sleep now, my memories as whisperings  take leave.
