Destiny

              The fall collage painted the hillside,                I stood foot propped upon a rock                This stag roaming and grooming,                       With heart a gloom…                   Then out of berries I so ate                  My doe did gravitate, gradually                   emerging, excitingly I raised                    My head examining her…               First I smelt the scent of pleasant,               Then felt the grace of tender plight                  Finding the delightful sight                  My manliness craving her…                   Fur so soft, eyes of allure                  Her innocence my full cure                 Pulling at my being becoming                      Sworn only to her…                Sunset shaded clefts, grounds               of our courting (extolling fringe)                Let the flaunting begin… ‘Tis               honor to chase, twas loves fate...
