A Seasonal Reason

With another, there were long walks  and echoes of voices along the trails. Time is moving on as Fall, the weight is heavy. Fall is bared by the sun and coolness yet strong limbs with twigs, hold the birds  who sit in oak and spruce. It has been many years since a flame.  An horizon of lavender    and yellow streaks the sky  with new possibilities   to ignite. As the rain drops on dry grass and crisp leaves, sounds and senses are stirring  but my mind is cider. As I cerebrate this venture  my hopes pick up with the wind which blows hard about now, the soil may get in my eyes. Soon the straw colored light   will be white. Time to start  something new before the frost sets in. I should accept his invitation to go out let my defenses fall as the leaves brown and golden.
