Where are You, Little Girl?

Hiding... each space in stark solitude, while the others played on. She never entered  the garden of flowers again. Dreaming…  of the day it would end. Hands clasped and hopes indifferent... Each step further into desolation, despondent and unreal. Wondering… where have the tears gone? With little purpose her hands grasp empty air, as she watches herself hide once again.
