A Story Told Backwards

And then she closed her eyes, Sighed her last sigh, Died. And then she hugged each loved one, Kissed each face, Smiled. And then she fell into bed, Gave up the battle, Cried. And then she went in for treatment, Fought the good fight, Stood. And then she answered the phone, Got the bad news, Raged. First she went to the doctor, Had the exam, Waited.
