Best Friends

Only once in your lifetime does a special person come along, Someone who will stand by you whether you are right or wrong They have a very unique way of seeing down inside your soul, Never judging you too harshly should you fall short of a goal Oh, to be loved so unconditionally to share your dreams and fears, To have a shoulder to rely upon when the world brings you to tears Important dates are always remembered even when no one thinks they are,                                                                          Like the name of your first puppy love or first drink ordered at the bar To be a best friend is to be for life no matter the distance inbetween, For they love you just the way you are with an understanding sight unseen.
