CROSSROADS

All of us have a need to be free To climb...to soar to the sky To embrace Mother Earth, forget Father Time Like an eagle just let ourselves fly But deep down inside is a void to be filled We can shelter it only so long Then as time goes forth, life passes us by The urgency starts to grow strong The need to let someone reach into your soul To explore the real person inside Makes us realize the world spins without pause And we're just along for the ride I'm waiting for you way deep down inside  Where not everybody can see Behind a big door with a magnificent lock To which only you hold the key If destiny truly ignites the one flame To burn in our hearts for all time If fate is something more than a myth Then surly your path will cross mine
