Hey Ma! It's snowin out !!!

Last evening I sat  both observer and historian watching legion     upon legion of snoflakes      descend on this               "City of the Big Shoulders" First  silencing    the chatter of air hammers     and the rumbling of railroads Then bringing to a halt   millions of Henry Ford's finest The masses    cursed the skies    all to no avail for snowflakes only speak   to children    and poets     softly whispering      "We've only a short time.        Can you come out and play?"
