That Evil Day

Some rejoiced when they heard of the Americans who died. They fired their guns into the air and laughed until they cried. At last the monster had been brought down from its ivory towers, and now it was America’s turn to rage against the coming night. The United States had paid for their support of the hated Jew, at long last the Arab terrorists had collected their payment due. Palestinians celebrated the deaths with glee and filled the streets with many who would gladly have joined Bin Laden’s evil crew. The demons doomed to dwell in darkness expressed delight, as the shield of freedom was darkened by the coming night. Satan upon his ebony throne savored the victory, but alone... for he knows how temporary is the triumph of evil over right. Secretly allied with the dark lord many hearts rejoiced that day, and in the darkness turned from the light... to the evil one they pray. In the halls of heaven... in the hearts of those who serve the light there is sorrow beyond teardrops...pain which will not go away. Evil has its own reward;  God will judge the children of the earth. Woe to those, wherever they be, who to this evil have given birth. Yes, we have paid an awful price in standing for the light; We stand for truth and will not rage against the coming of the night.
