Managing Disruptive Behaviors

You come up behind me wrap yourleft arm around my throat as if to choke me.  The warm flannel of your sleeve brushes my cheek. I inhale feeling my body ease into yours. A long moment before I remember your instructions, lay my chin on my own shoulder instead of yours caress your wrist with my right hand use my left to push up on your elbow duck my head and free myself from  a hold I do not want to break. I have been asked to imagine dark allys, muggers lurking around corners, run from you as if threatened. Instead, as soon as your flesh breaks contact with mine, I draw involuntarily nearer and wait for you to take your next hold. In time, I will remember to escape.
