So We Awoke

So we awoke apart, but together soft touches in the hint of dawn.  Sleep-warmed bodies curling against one another. Eyes yet closed but minds awake and seeking the other.  I felt you pull me near did you hear me whisper my ascent?  Around my midriff your arm captured me, your lips buried  in my hair, as you drew me onto yourself.  Sweetly softened passions opening to one another, longing, for more  than physicality, presented itself in your firm insistence,  my welcoming warmth.  "Make love with me" you murmured though we already were.  Like pulled taffy we played with one another's desires.  Luxurious, tempting, slowly relishing.  Even fulfillment  was more like a spilling over of a slowly poured delicacy.   Deliciously flooding our senses with the others desire.  You pulled me atop you. "I want to see your eyes."  and I opened mine.   You were here.  Was I there?
