Broken.....

My mind is shattered, fragmetted all over. My heart is in pieces, lying on the floor. My body is aging, faster than ever before. My well being is gone, to be no more. My dreams, my hopes, my wishes, in the sink, like so many dirty dishes. My ambition, my drive, lost forever in time. Just a body, a shell, like fine aging wine. I can still see her standing there with him, holding hands, smiling, and leaning to his every whim; while left alone at the bar, to drown in my drink, not even giving me time to think. She reached in, grabbed my heart, and squeezed it, `till it blew apart, like a puffball, that had just been hit. I have no solvent, no glue, to assemble all the parts; -let alone knowing where to start. Hopefully I will find the perfect glue so I can begin, to reassemble all the many pieces.
