One thing worse!

There is "one thing" worse than smoking in my contemplative mind; which can "also" hurry croaking, if one’s stress is any sign. We have sixty-seven million "daily smokers" I have heard; (China’s got a half-a-Billion  who still do it...undisturbed!) California wrote the edicts first restricting smoker’s sin; then coaxed gays out of their closets, so’s to fit the smokers "in"! As a product of the decade when rebellion was an art; I still plug the Camel-Crusade, while admittin’ – it ain’t smart. But I need another answer, having met some who have quit: As I’d sooner die o’ cancer, than become a "Fascist Twit!" All the heroes who have managed to have conquered ‘weed’ somehow, now burn with jaundiced anger and spout: "Holier than thou!" So when the "Zealots of the West"  get their knickers in a twist: "Oh please forgive me", I request ...and "how long since you quit?"
