Momma I Love You

Momma, I love you and though I raised a lot of hell Momma, it was you who made my spirit well There was never time for closeness in those days so long ago but I knew through your sadness somehow the love would show Though I may never be a millionaire or a king I know I have a treasured mother and she means everything I will keep on trying and someday I will ride the wind You will look at me and say "I remember when" Momma may God bless you but I feel He has been with you from the start to give this world such a special lady with kindness, and such love in her heart. 1-8-96  TEA BV
