Subway Sandwich Satan

Lunch is over. Food was good. I've stopped eating when I should. In spite of host and "eat up" bull, I have quit, and I'm not full. He says many sandwiches left, and chips & drinks & cookies. I'd help his heart. Avoid waste. Smooth attack on dieting rookies. He's right. I'm done. But food's still piled upon the table. He preaches eat till bust or boom, causing dieter's gloom and doom. His policy's an evil one, to fill till you're disabled. To stop half full and keep me stopped is a challenge meal to meal. Must think & plan & promise lots to stay on my dieting deal. But now half full brings pleasant knowing, accomplishments for all to see. Progress losses now are showing, everyday there's less of me.
