Fountain of Emotions

You have only just begun the start, of opening this cocoon, your heart... unfurled like gossimer wings, as gentle breezes blow... Emotions awake, flutter, twitch...then watch them start to show... Love, like a rose...petals moist with dew... Sadness, like a sigh...escapes from deep inside of you... Pain, sharp as thorns...from the Saviour's bloodstained crown... Tears unmask a thunderous storm, but know you will not drown. Hate...worst of ALL...but not yourself, my child... Not mother, father, sister, brother, nor neighbor, meek and mild. Anger is soon replaced by peace and joy you cannot hide... Where once only a frown was seen, you smile, as we walk side by side. The emotions of true faith, where nothing should be feared, given by the grace of Gods' only Son, your sins have all been cleared. Wiped away by the Blood of the Lamb, at the cross on Calvary's Mountain... Eternal life, forever yours....as you drink from Heaven's Fountain.

Additional Notes:
I submitted this once before, but think it needs to be re-submitted, with just a few word revisions. And, as before, it is dedicated to Debbie...Only I didn't know her the first time I submitted this, I do now, and feel she deserves it even more. I love you, Deb. God Bless, and stay safe. Sincerely.
