What Do I Have?

In a state of confusion Reality not what it seems my brain is full of congestion or is this a miserable dream I cannot find anyone I use to know everyone knows my name but me I heard a guy in a white suit mention delusions Where can the answer be? I get lost just outside my door I look back and cannot recall anymore where am I going, where have I been? are you my enemy? are you my friend? have I run away from myself? why do I now sit up in this tree? what is this affliction, that is destroying me?
