Thunderstorm Watch At the seam of nature's apparel where the sky joins the land, a black undergarment is revealed by the skill of an unseen hand that slowly rends the bond. Static electricity skips across the synapse of body hairs. Each strand rises in expectancy as the sun hastily packs its wares, an amber hue is left behind. Fascination of the unveiled and the provocative force, brings a stillness which precedes its lusty course; for a moment nature's breath is held. A sudden gust of perked desire clears earth's disheveled bed while flashes of energy burst to thunderous groans dynamically fed; the land drinks of the waters that surge. Moans echo through my mind as a flush creeps into place. The steady pound of rain subsides to a trickle of droplets on my face, while this overture of passion fades. |
