Spirit In The Sky

You found me in the sky     wrapped in cloudy mist. We traveled with the wind and storm    along a path of sun stroked bliss. Days and nights held our hands    as we searched the midnight blue. We looked for love and no regrets,    a journey of fathomless truth. The lure of earth's iridescent charm    enthralled the searching soul. I heard the sigh of desire and need,    and gazed upon worlds below.  In the dark, quiescent night      the Spirit waits in eminent repose.  This silent facade in time's distance,      knows the seasons of my soul
