An Unfinished Man

Poetry and other oxymoron’s will set me free My truths, my ways My Bible My Journal Don’t put me into a mould Although I am pliable I am not a “Yes” man I am not mouldable I can play give and take I can listen I can elucidate I am broad minded I do not come with a simple push and play button I am who I am I am my own truth I am willing to learn I have an earring      And I am a male Older than Methuselah  I am not But I have learned lots      In my 66 years And most of all I have learned To Stick by my Principles I will never be sorry for that And I will never have to say “I’m sorry.”

Additional Notes:
This was written in response to one critiquer who tries to tell me to believe in her ways; and that "I should" act the way she believes I "should" act.
