In The Midst Of Time

Can we ever go back? I have this need to reminisce Is is simply simple? Or more complicated than that? There is a hole, an empty place 18 wheelers, c'mon through UCLA Marching Band, c'mon through Babies, squealing babies, there's more room Wanna reach in and grab some guts? C'mon down, I'm always open I'm having a moment, okay? Ericson was right My father was right Where do I stand with all that? 67 years of crap, that's what! Points of bliss, a few shooting stars and I have had my 15 minutes of fame more than once Eric Clapton brings me back As does Stewart and McCartney Why now? Who knows. Must be the music. Must be the time of year Must be, must be must be Little to speak of Infinitesimal in the product of time. Tombstone - there is nothing to say 'cause it's all been said before... Paint my heart on my shoulder Open up my guts for all to admire He looks good there, better than when he lived "What would you do if I sang out of tune, would you leave me all alone?" wails Cocker. If I told you from my heart how I'm feeling, would you leave me all alone? asks the poet. Oh geez - the poet in me is waxing on It's time to wane is it not? Okay, I'm purged. So far. Until tomorrow. Good night sweet Princess, wherever you are!

Additional Notes:
This all started because I got turned back in a time warp watching "Party At The Palace." How many of you missed it? How many of you watched it?
