Sing, Sweet Serafina

Sweet Serafina, must you now stay silent until Spring or does your song still grace the greening hill? Serafina, Sweet, we will not live through Winter's chill except once more we listen to Sweet Serafina sing. So many sighs sail slowly by without the least demand. It seems so sad to see them slip away. How can the sighs be quieted for even just one day when someone like Sweet Serafina sings so grand! Sweet Serafina, say that you will sing for us once more before the sun spends more time there than here. Sweet Serafina, life without your song is such a fear. Imagine silence sung without a written score! I guess I'll watch the seasons slide from Summer smooth to ice and hope, Sweet Serafina, that you'll sing with that soft sound that only Serafina Sweet can bring before we're called to payment of cold Winter's price.
