RAIN

As I gaze woefully out of the window, The rain slowly, methodically drizzles down. Lighted reflections exposing a wide array of hues As the cars drive cautiously by. The tears of the great creator cascade upon the land. Undulating forth the nourishing elixir of life. The trickling mist of the clouds, that becomes oceans and seas. The great liquid that serves to bathe away the anguish and heartache, Cleansing souls and spirits of the torment from within. Rain, from an insignificant drip can form a mighty wave, Reducing its masters into dutiful slaves. Never ending always descending. The promise of a new day. Please take me where the peaceful waters flow.
