David and Todd - Heroes of history

For forty days, each morning and each night; Goliath goaded Jews to stand and fight. He stood a full “six-cubits-and-a-span”; which frightened the Israelis to a man. Then David chose five stones from yonder brook, and lay aside his staff with shepherd’s crook;       His first throw struck the Philistine near dead,      and with the giant’s sword...he took his head. Three men had commandeered flight ninety-three; while slight – they’re much like David’s Philistine. They somehow seized the cockpit as they flew… and packed in back the fare and cabin crew.  Some secret calls were made by those in fear; who found what fate befell...a prior tier.       The plane crashed on a Pennsylvania knoll...      soon after one Todd Beamer said: “Let’s roll!”
