I Am Not Gone I AM NOT GONE The spirit of Me, has been transformed, Yet, it is not gone, it has only changed I live on in the kind acts of my children. Can you not see my smile or my glint in their eyes? I have left you, but only in body. My children and grandchildren, Those who’s being I’ve touched, Are left behind to honor my dreams. A kind act honors my life. How can I be gone, if others pick up my dreams? For each loving gesture, I am remembered. In spirit, I can never die, My body may be gone, YET I cannot die When a child shares, Or a man or woman cares I continue to flourish, What a great gift is infinity.
