A gentle gift for you Through God I give to you A prayer for resolution And His love to comfort you No pain is greater than His loss No loss is greater than His sacrifice No sacrifice is greater than His love That He has given you In sorrow lies an absolute truth That only God can offer real love I pray that I could offer something But humility produces only this prayer No worldly substitutes propose a love That God presents so freely Take His hand and tender your heart To Him who loves you completely
