MY GRANDPA'S HANDS (FOR SARAH)

My grandpa's hands are tan and big And callused from his work. They play with mine and do a jig Upon his sweat-stained shirt. My Grandpa's fingers are to tall, But our fingers still entwine. My fingers, they are very small, And to him they feel so fine. And while he taps each finger tip, He hums a little tune. His eyes are full of love and zip, He stops just way too soon.
