RED ARROW

They put away a true friend today many great times we shared over rolling green hills his steadfast will and the loyalty always there when out in the night 'neath the twinkleing lights like a monitor he was there and each new morn, as the sun was reborn He would wake me with a nudge to the ear many trails we wandered through happiness and sad Red Arrow, one of the best friends I had There in the north fourty He has his final place with a shiny brass plaque that reads never was there a better companion or a grander steed I look back to the memories and as I walk to the cabin One thing I can now see someday soon your fold will endeavor, as you Red Arrow to also be inside this heart of me.
