Did You Know...

When sunsets are heavy  and drop their colors dangerously close to the earth, ocean white-caps venture upward to bring  the unfamiliar oranges and blazing reds back into the solitary blue world they know Creatures near the surface revel in the warm feel of crimson and tangerine The hot colors drift and sink Finally creatures on the bottom feel a premonition—they sense a glory they shall never see with their blind eyes But the diluted color settles on the backs  of these large, slow animals And they glimpse, for one brief moment, a sky
