Hi Everyone. I am very new to this site; actually I just found it today. I was sitting at home last night thinking of how I have never quite tried to develop the right side of my cerebrum. You see, I am a scientist and am therefore "left-brained." In any case, I have many buried emotions that stem from an ambiguous past. So, in an attempt to try to start developing an artistic side, I sat down and started writing. I realize that I am new to the creative side of the world, but I have to start somewhere. So, I have published a poem on this site and hope to recieve lots of critiques. Please, critique my poem. It may be the worst thing you have ever read, but your critique will greatly contribute to my "creativeness." Thank you to everyone who critiques and helps me learn how to better express myself through the lovely art of poetry.
