Jolene M DePonceau's Profile:
I am 33 years old and live in western New york right next to beautiful Lake Chautauqua.I have a 11 year old daughter named Kristen,an extremely spoiled dog named Taz,a very prissy regal cat named Balloons,a guinea pig named Simba, and a wonderful lover and friend-Rich.For the past year I have been taking care of my grandmother who has Alzheimers in her home. I just started writing again about 3 years ago to help myself deal with some very hard times.I have had a few things published through Quill Books and The Poetry Guild.Anyhow I've become a complete addict and hope to write until the day I die. This place is a wonderful meshing of minds connected by our love for writing!I also write short stories from time to time and am a major fitness buff!I love music, reading, and meditating!I am deeply spiritual and consider myself a contemporary Buddhist.Am mani padme hung and namaste to all of you!!!

I and MeMichele Rae MannMichele--this piece is so tragic--reminds me of some of my own life--but you hold onto YOU, don't let anyone make you, you.I'm not sure if I agree that freedom is clean--sometimes it involves getting your hands dirty, and it usually involves a lot of bloodloss. But hey girl--you rock on! Thanks for the read--Jolene DePonceau 2004-01-03 14:00:12
Tinkerbell was a Bitchmadge B zaikoMadge--This is a very searing piece of work and I loved it "muchly"! The title is definitely intriguing and wonderful. I love "pampered innocence" (small typo on innocence--minor irritation--no biggie)and I love "tangling fingers" and "trembling secret" also. I haven't been on this sight for some time--pulled away by life and procrastination. This piece brings my divorce to the forefront of my mind---YIKES!--I think I posted a poem entitled "Lost" that, if you feel like it, you might want to check out.It is a fairly old and, to my much older eyes, a very amateur piece of work, but it says what it needed to say.Overal, I liked this poem, would like to see Part 2 on this baby, about have no real problems about the work except I would like to see you dig even deeper--if you dare!:)This is the first piece I've read in a year or more on this site--wait'll I get warmed up! Thanks for the read--Jolene DePonceau 2004-01-03 13:46:58
