I have been writing poems "seriously" since about 1994. I received my degree in English from Eastern Michigan University in 1998. I write about real things with real feelings and am often accused of being a concrete poet. Most of my writing appears on my website, but depending on the theme, some of it's not always appropriate. I also love to share the stage with other writers that share their poetry with me. I currently work and reside in the place that locals call "Little San Francisco" or the Cultural Mecca of the Midwest, Ann Arbor, Michigan--home of the U of M.
I really enjoy surfing poetry websites and reading other people's work, I find that it inspires and motivates me to write better and better material.
