Most definitely a newbie (is that a real word?) to this creative medium!
I wrote my first poem in '97 when a friend of mine died and although I managed to
get the poem onto paper, as the process was painful, I didn't write another one until 2 years
later.
I SUPPOSE that I've come to grips with the tremendous energy that flows when creating poetry
(but then I only have my own experience to reflect upon) so, therein lies the reason for being here at the Poetic Link; to share, learn and grow!
