My name is Ron Pierce and Im 22 years old.
Most of my poetry reflects my own life,but in some cases I put myself in a situation ive seen people in and try to feel what they were feeling.
Most of my work is as different as day and night, but thats how it goes.
I like to mess with the reader...once you read my work youll see what im talking about. I throw in lots of mispellings, bad commas, too many question marks.
When a reader responds to these things I can tell if they were involved in the poem or if they were more concerned with how its presented. Presentation is a key factor in competition, but im not in one. I dont care if I win any money for something that bled out of my being. Im here to let some of you that actually read my work into my mind of infinte terrors.
So if you still feel inclined to dwell on punctuation and spelling, then dont read my work,
ok.
On the other hand, if you can look past it...I hope you feel the same thing I was feeling.
