I am a recently divorced young woman. I have two beautiful children. A daughter who will be turning 11 years old on February 23rd and I have a son who just turned 6 years old. They are terrific kids. I work downtown NYC in the Wall Street area. I work as an Admin. Assistant. I have had the privledge of working for some well known fortune 500 companies. I also have had since Icould hold a pencil, a creative flair. A strong desire to express myself creatively. I paint, draw, dance and write. My original dream was to become a Fashion Designer. My sister and I have been drawing for years. She is an Art Teacher now. Dreams may change, but creativity stays with someone for life. You either have it or you dont. So now I write poetry. I have written poetry since I was very young. And I find it to be extremely fulfilling. I enjoy it very much. I hope I have a gift for it. My desire is that when someone reads what I write, they are abel to see a piece or pieces of them in it. It is very important to me that they relate to it. It must touch them in some way, otherwise what's the point? I am a amateur still, but I hope my work comes across cear and meaningful. That is another dream for me.
