What Price Innocence?

Virgin White virgin Not one the same Sometimes occluded by acid rain Pure none-the-less Aggregate of falling crystals Steadily they pile on one another There is no reason or rhyme where they fall They just do To some they bring joy and delight To others misery Snow ski Snow blow Down the hill or Up the nose Years of pleasure For some in innocence Others out of innocence Wait to count the number of lines One dreams of the run The others crave the next fix Choices It all boils down to that Piss away your money up your nose    Or in the veins One saves for the ski lodge The other steals and whores for the hit Choices, it’s all about choices

Additional Notes:
Yesterday a pt. told me how he blew 800 $ up his nose and now has no place to live! It's hard to feel empathetic. This is not a new story. I hear it day in and day out. I'm getting tired!
