His Advice

Veiled in candled hues of late night shadow,                                  As leaping dancers scale her cleaving bight,                                 And flitting flames wink within each eye:                                  Thy bowered manhood shivers in delight.                                 As to calculus aiding acts of pining?                                  Unrelated to love, this common knowledge                                 Is insufficient; cannot relate, no.                                  Though 'tis a journey requiring courage!                                 Weights and measures: beyond borders of this.                                  Measure with heart’s scale in tow - toss the mind’s -                                 Those odd forces sent to take you back? Resist?                                  Ha! Fate's along, preparing thee to bend.                                 Test twice the wind as ye feed this fire:                                 Passion warms souls, then burns them in desire.
