Silent Lies

When I think of all   we leave to silence, thus consent, imply; I am reminded, it’s what’s left out that is the devil’s own telling of the lie.

All it takes for evil to triumph, is for good men to say nothing.I don't recall who said that,Churchill maybe? My mother said it many times.Even as I sit here the world turns it's collective eyes away,Silence, as so many lay sick and hungry.Shame washes over me,I shall not be silent. Thanks so much for this.
